Why are there no references? I am having trouble finding papers written on these subjects because of useless articles like this clogging up my search results.

The examples of macroevolution you are asking about are obviously harder to track/specify how they happened, since those consist of more steps of different mutations. The hox-genes, however, has a lot to do with animal’s body plan, and mutations there can change the apperance and function quite drastically: like fins becoming legs, though still not in one single step.

There are also the instance of crossbreeding. When two different species or subspecies successfully reproduce, the combination of those genes can cause a relativly new apperence among their offspring. This is mostly seen in plants, and it is proven that some new species occured this way.

These are all examples of different phenotype expressions of existing genomic information. Might be called devolution.
Are the any examples of intermediate stages of new biological forms or functions. Needs to be something not already perfect, and likely to be dysfunctional if changes are made.

Darwin was proved wrong a long time ago, science books are mainly outdated or just wrong in high schools today and carbon dating is worthless a proven fact also. many examples to prove the inaccuracy of carbon date lines on the internet and other books out to look at. If your truly interested in facts. Remember B.S. learned is B.S. spread, it wont make it true. I think intelligent design makes a lot more sense and takes a lot less of a leap of faith to believe.

lol, your letting the facts interfere with a good story. Evolution is a religion because you have to take some of it on faith. The faith part is the departure from science.

Evolution has not been proven. Science requires observation and testing with repeated consistent results. No kind of animal or human has ever produced anything other than it’s kind. There has never been a beneficial mutation. All that talk and no scientific evidence. I do see faith being exerted. Problem with that is once you take anything on faith it is a religion. You just believe it but, you can not scientifically prove it. Evolution is a religion once you depart from science.
